Control Studios built Span: Time Planner to help you track your time and improve your planning accuracy. This application is provided by Control Studios and is intended for use as is.

We believe your schedule is private. We do not want your data. We do not sell your data. We build tools to help you focus, not to track you.

No Accounts & No Tracking

• No Accounts: You do not need to create an account to use Span.
• No Ads: The app is completely ad-free.
• No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use third-party services to track your usage or task data.
• No Personal Data Collection: Control Studios does not collect, store, or process personal information from users.

Data Storage

Local Storage: All data — including tasks, time logs, and planning history — is stored locally on your device.

iCloud Sync (Optional): If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is synced across your devices using Apple's private CloudKit database. Control Studios cannot access this data. It is encrypted and accessible only to you through your Apple ID.
