Control Studios built the V5RC Scoutly app to support competitive robotics scouting and analysis. This application is provided by Control Studios and is intended for use as is.

We believe in privacy by design. We do not want your data. We do not sell your data. We build tools to help you compete — not to track you.

No Accounts & No Tracking

• No Accounts: You do not need to create an account to use V5RC Scoutly.
• No Ads: The app is completely ad-free.
• No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking or analytics services.
• No Cross-App Tracking: We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• No Personal Data Collection: Control Studios does not collect, store, or process personal information from users.

Data Storage

Local Storage: All scouting data — including match records, team notes, and configurations — is stored locally on your device.

iCloud Sync (Optional): If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is synced across your devices using Apple's private CloudKit database. Control Studios cannot access this data. It is encrypted and accessible only to you through your Apple ID.
